1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DorasKey ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DorasKey provides property management software that helps landlords manage rental properties, track rent payments, communicate with tenants, and handle maintenance requests. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.

Billing: After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew monthly at the selected plan rate unless canceled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to harass or harm others
  • Share your account with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

6. Data and Content

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload to DorasKey (property information, tenant details, documents, etc.).

License: You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service.

Backups: While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by DorasKey and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (payment processing, email delivery, SMS notifications). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DORASKEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DorasKey from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
